Whitecourt Golf & Country Club is one of the most underrated golf courses in Alberta providing a challenge for all golfers. Set close to the Athabasca River the course provides a really enjoyable and scenic experience for golfers of all abilities.
Whitecourt Golf & Country Club is a semi-private golf club where one can join as a member or play causally as a guest. Golfers and non-golfers can use the clubhouse services; where they can dine & relax and enjoy the wonderful views & atmosphere.
Now the club is very proud to announce that it has added a brand new 2.5 million dollar clubhouse which provides a great setting for tournaments and all types of functions. The new clubhouse over looks the 18th green & has great views of other Tees & Fairways; with its extensive windows and covered patio it offers both stunning views and an amazing atmosphere from which enjoy both golf and quality dining experiences.
Business Mission Statement
The Whitecourt Golf and Country Club is a not for profit organization which operates to provide recreational opportunities as well as a venue for functions for the community of Whitecourt and surrounding areas. The term “not for profit” should not be confused with not for the generation of revenue. The club has a substantial debt load and significant operating costs that require funding.
The club is committed to continually developing business opportunities to generate revenue for the facility to assist with debt reduction and overall facility maintenance and enhancements.
As a business operating in and supported by the community we are committed to competitive, transparent and ethical business practices. We are grateful for the support received from the business, political and private groups in the area and will ensure our actions are reflective of this gratitude.
